01What is your MOQ?+
The indicative MOQ is 1 × 40HQ container, subject to the approved product mix and quotation.
02Can we mix different products in one container?+
A mixed-product container can be reviewed. The final mix depends on product dimensions, packing, quantities and loading feasibility.
03Do you manufacture custom designs?+
Custom product development is available after review of the drawing, reference, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and timeline.
04Can finishes and dimensions be customized?+
Custom dimensions and finishes can be reviewed for qualifying orders. Availability and commercial impact are confirmed quotation-wise.
05How do we request samples?+
Send the product code and sample requirement through Request a Quote. Sample feasibility, cost and timeline are confirmed after review.
06How is furniture packed for export?+
Packing can include 5-ply corrugated packing, foam, corner and hardware protection, adapted to the item and confirmed buyer requirements.
07What is the production lead time?+
The indicative lead time is approximately 90 days for a first order and 60 days for a repeat order, subject to the confirmed specification and approvals.
08Which markets do you supply?+
Furniora works with international furniture buyers. Share your destination market so product, packing and commercial requirements can be reviewed accordingly.
09Can buyer labels and packaging marks be added?+
Buyer-specific carton markings and labels can be prepared according to confirmed instructions.
10How can we receive the complete catalogue?+
Submit the Request Catalogue form. The Furniora trade desk will review the request and email the current catalogue and company profile.
11How is product quality inspected?+
The buyer-facing process covers pre-production approval, raw-material inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, export packing and container loading checks.
12How are natural wood variations handled?+
Natural wood can vary in grain and tone. Approved references, finish standards and production checks guide acceptable appearance while retaining the material's natural character.
